Perhaps the most overheard 3 words on this day, but I still have to say it, Happy New Year! I sure hope your New Years Eve countdown to 2012 went brilliant. Mine was by the sea at changi, which was beautiful. & it was spent with a whole bunch of new people whom have perhaps zero common topic with me (?) but everything just worked out so well, and I spent my whole night laughing so badly, because everyone was just being themselves, and they were just all very, very, unique individuals. My senses are heightened now everytime I hear the words "GOT PRESENT OR NOT?!" Now that's a funny story to share at the dinner table. & so this year, I spent the new years with my family, which wasn't too bad at all. So thankful for them. Their love, their existence, and their neverending support. Yes, we have our squabbles which brings out the RAGEBEAST in me, but after we all sleep it off, it's a brand new day and the love's still there, forever and always.

2012 comprised of my best and worst memories, either extremes made me grow as a person, and learn about life, people, friendships. Whatever happened in 2011, will forever remain as a memory for the good things, and history for the bad. In 2012, I just want to learn to let go, and leave all the bitterness behind. Because, life's just way more than that, and it's just silly to dwell. It's just pointless. I am very blessed to have met people who stuck on, and make me feel good about myself again. And also all the new friends, and juniors even! From Radioheatwave, FMSA and just everyone. Thank you God for being with me, and I really do pray for a better year this 2012, and like kezspaz/takasha/joziah said, "LET 2012 KICKASS!" Fight on with life, make happier memories, have more fun, put on more smiles.

So many things lined up for the month of January till March already, I'm just pumped and hope I won't lose steam! Just so many make/break situations coming up, but I'd just pray that God will continue blessing me.

Great people, great designs, great time.

Headed there with Cory and managed to snag pretty awesome shots of people mostly styled in DEPRESSION's kickass outfits, and these shots will be up on POSHISM soon! So do look out for it! Managed to talk to a couple of people and held decent conversations from all around. Very, very, hospitable and friendly people, it was a really fun night. P/S: The DJ was adorable!

"as if being in the media equates to 9 to 5 job, that's all bullshit. everyone who made it big, or at least survived in the media was due to dedication and their sacrifice for time. other than crappy deadlines and assignments, I have another house rule to abide by. yes all I needed was more pressure to work under a certain imaginary non-benefitting time limit in which after that I am forced to close my eyes and wide awake brains worrying about uncompleted work, and stay rolling in bed till 2am or so before I fall asleep, and wake up hating myself for resting and leaving work to pile. just when I thought things were going fine and I finally found my optimal time to function, whereby things were just going fine and dandy. they just had to ruin everything, reset my whole clockwork and just mess with my life and just throw in some dirt and shake the crap out of the whole concoction. really? piss off, really, just. piss. off. I hate this bullshit. I hate it. but I'm don't want to fight. I'm just going to swallow and digest and hopefully not die. really, insensitive and closed-minded and just.. shallow."

ohmy, this fangirl moment hasn't gotten so strong like ever, and I'm hating on the post concert withdrawals. I'm just replying him songs so many times on my iTunes and I can feel my pupils dilating with every word he sings. Mike Posner's voice is amazing. Swoooooooons. I better stop and carry on with life. Rofl. Regret: Not stalking him to Ritz Carlton. HAHAHAHAHA ALL THE JUDGING EYES. BUT DAYUUUUUUUUUUUM, he's so brilliant, I'm getting depressed already. I actually, for the first time, tweeted him at least 3-5 times after the concert and googled images of Mike incessantly (as you can see in the prev. posts) Ahhhh, gotta break outta thing. He's adorable!!!

The title says it all, it was the most amazing night to see Mike Posner and Train. Alright, most amazingly would be Mike Posner. Never knew I was such a fan till I realised I was singing to every song! Mike was just amazing, his eyes are of the most amazing colour it just gets you staring and them and wondering if his eyes were real. It was truly an amazing night and I've got the hugest crush on him already.

Thanks Ievan for bringing me there, been tryna scout for tickets for a few days but no returns. and then a couples of texts, and scoreeeee. Thanks Iffah for sacrificing :) Realllllly made me happy tonight! hehehe... and Ievan's a really fun/awesome gigging partner (lol just so amazed that he's a posner fan.. dayuuuuum, don't know many people who are fans of posner) so anyway, it was really good night of marche bunning, talking, grooving and laughing and coming up with stupid scenarios and names for people, and then artease in the end. Thanks for the lovely night boo.

P/S: Ievan was half hour late, but his stupid texts were cracking me up so badly I couldn't even get angry or think to be pissed or not. HAHAHAHA love you! :)

I guess it was all the hype over Glee's cover and all, and the night's event was catered to youths, and youths = glee = don't stop believin? Idk. I was very happy to see Mike on stage again! :)

on the side note, I had a really good radio show today, and however annoying kevin was, it was perhaps the highlight of the day because only in rhw I had mad energetic people that really got me all "pumped up kicks" for the next hour or so. sigh, missing out on so much!

because people need to know why. we're programmed to be inquisitive, curious beings who are seeking answers, from mathematical sums, to the emotions of other beings, what's going on in the minds of others, and how can we ever forget -- the meaning of life. because when there are so many questions and quizzical answers that we're not even sure of, we don't know how to move, react, function. we need to know, we have to know, we must know. but sometimes, it's just hidden under layers of hair, follicles, skin, blood, flesh, fats, muscles, everything else. it's deeply locked in the chests right at the heart of the dungeons, and the meanest bunch will have the keys, and they build on this cult they have formed. it grows, and the bits and pieces gets revealed, and rumours brew, and people are left guessing, ad guessing, and guessing.. which progresses to annoyance, more annoyance and it doesn't stop there. it finally builds up to anger, resentment, and perhaps hate.

and that's why in this world, it's not all love.

towards life of being carefree, happy, loved and loving, numbed to negativity. perhaps the best way to function, and the key to X. we'd be marching on to this.

GREYSON CHANCE in SINGAPORE

if you haven't seen this on your top feed on twitter, here it is again! managed to snagged an interview with Greyson via Radioheatwave, after deep cogitation on whether to go to conrad hotel for the interview or stay in school.

after the crazy persuasion by ryo and him balancing out the pros and cons, I decided to go for the interview with kevin and omg omg omg excitingness! ^^ rushed down via cab cos' we were running a little late, as we were chilling out with Divian and Jacqui from 987fm in the Radioheatwave studio.

Talking about Divian and Jacqui, we managed to hang out with them a little in the studio as they sat in for one of our shows. I was rather warmed by how open they were to us, in terms of answering our questions and just being so direct and their answers were not PR-coated much unlike many other guest speakers. it was really a great time with time, talking about their shows, the things they do, and the little bickerings. had a few great laughs too! in short they were genuinely awesome. (I really hate how I sound so fake and "composition writing" but believe me, I mean every word!)

so back to little cutie, greyson chance's the most adorable being on earth. at the round table interview, he greeted us with a really chirpy and excited "hello everyone! thank you so much for being here!" upon entering the room. he then proceeded to shake hands and greeted us individually, introducing himself also.

so adorable I could just die, really. BUT PROFESSIONALISM PLEASE JOLENE. so of course I just gave the most contained smile and died a little inside when he shook my hands (omg I bet whoever's reading this is losing their respect for me/ minus cool point) so anyway, I just think he's brilliant, and the whole interview was so human-like with his fidgety self and little teen boy sense of humour was the cherry on top of everything.

KAIJI 2 movie gala premiere.

I understand how random this photo is, but I took a photo so I shan't waste it. the japanese stars came over to singapore and ryo and I and dongkai went for the gala premiere. I thought it was really good :) and it was a nice hang out with ryo.. watching the movie with him was quite stoopz though. because everytime I laughed, he'd accuse me of not knowing the joke and only laughing because the rest of the crowd were laughing. DOUCHE!

I don't know whether to call this luck, but it was just a huge blessing, cos' I won a pair of tickets (again hehehehe) to good charlotte via urbanwire! after much decision making processes, looloo ended up being my +1 for the concert. it was his first time to a concert, and I thought that was pretty cute. hahahaha! lucky lucky, we met isky and kevin in school so we took a cab down straight to RWS, hardrock hotel!

I was using my sony compact camera, so photos aren't as kickass. the set was pretty good, they played all their old songs that were hits, so it wasn't that tough to sing along/ bop to the tunes though I'm not such a huge gc fan.

their stage presence were pretty awesome and once again, they really rocked it live. met a few familiar faces be it fms or not, and linus was in the crowd too. we crossed vision a few times but he didn't manage to regconise me in the darkness so when I beamed with excitement, he looked away.... oooooooo got sent to the burn unit. BUT IT'S OK HE KNOWS NOW AND RECALLS.

my very "bad ass" and inappropriate spray on temporary tattoo that some dude offered. the booth was so empty and apparently many people didn't know about it. hahahaha

so anyway, this tattoo was "inappropriate" because the following day I had PARENTS SEMINAR in school, which meant that I would be meeting parents and teachers... and also heading to church for audio shift.

THEREFORE... I WORE A BANDAGE THE WHOLE DAY TO COVER IT. HAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHHA and when people found out why I had the bandage on, their worried looks instantaneously turned to -.- :O and :D HAHAHAHAHAHAA all at once.

16bucks for this, but I just love it so much so I decided to invest in it. lol, invest. so anyway, it took me 3 months to decide whether to buy it! and it was perhaps a helllluva good decision to get it cos' everyone around me who saw it loved it too ^^ #cognitivedissonance hahaha.

today's 20th nov. and official every single item has arrived! including my very very comfy wine red shoes that looks spectacular. and the bag's really handy too! love em' all! :) Thanks j, wuv you.

chocolate muffin from food for thought from sweet muffin joey ^^ cos' I helped out for his... friend's shoot. hahahahahaha. met really cool people from new york uni/ all around and the lead guitarist for caracal, who has this uncanny resemblance with mr william. and of course this realllllllly sweet korean chic who has the coolest name ever. ah, it was a really happy preppy night. fascinating. and kez was there too, it was a really great night ^^

School has been treating me pretty alright, and my whole schedules's quite laidback with webd cleared for me and I really spent the long hari raya weekend hanging out, be it filming/ timbre with the heatwave gang/ watching sitcoms, life's been pretty sweet. Been doing much thinking once again.. Mind vs Heart, Heart vs Mind. So anyways, nothing much's exciting, everyday's a happy day!

and still the days up in the mountains with the most incredible people around, it still boggles my mind how we managed to work and live together to well that even off the mountains and back home, the bond fostered is still so strong and deep, the trip has nothing else but praises and positivity. I've probably said this for countless times but everything about the people and the trip was amazing, and I'm just missing it all. everytime I see any of the team's people, it really, really, really, makes my day.

even this dawg that's forever taunting me with mean texts and bullcrap everytime I see him. hahahaha and our chillout session has been prolonged to reach almost a year of waiting. what a punani really. on another note, it was denise's birthday a few days back, and we haven't got time to celebrate it yet! perhaps some budgeted drinks by esplanade accompanied with amanduhsays and subtleinsanity would do the trick. can't wait!

my weekends were burnt- being in school meeting the tcp mates (having breakfast with my jessie t lol) and then town for poshism meeting with the team and hanging out with loo and DG for a little before incessantly making calls/texts to meet the groupie at USS.

it was a really great back-to-back saturday, and sunday was reserved to recover from all the adrenaline that was surging through my body the night before with all the thrill rides and zombies/ whatever you call those evil clowns/ people with "blood" all over. it was halloween weekend and USS did a pretty mad goresome job (see what I did there) in transforming the place! manage to snagged free tickets, which made everything sweeter.

met a bunch of new friends at USS whom were just awesome beyond words, we're literally a bunch of people who just congregated together and managed to have a really brilliant night. too much love going on that night after we got back, and my facebook was just flooded with notes of excitement and affection, it was a really awesome night! thanks to allllllll of you guys :) the bumping into all the familiar faces was also nice! x

And have I mentioned how blessed I am? The unexpected turn of events, the more liberating and poppy days, I really hope that I can keep all the positivity up and good spirits high. Today when the words of the school director echoed the lecture place, my dearest friend of mine looked at me and nodded in acknowledgement. It was a simple gesture, but it spoke levels to me. I guess it's all part of the journey, we learn, we grow, we try to better ourselves. Trying to get the adrenaline pumping once again for this semester, bring it on-- I've got God with me.

and so week 2 of school has gone by and it was a pretty tight sweet weekend. not much assignments rolling in just yet, and there's just so many things going on. for starters I met up with my yep mates, frollicking from munch with awfully chocolate cake and dinner and some hearty conversations, to island creamery whereby dr. vivien was as always so sweet enough to ninja her way through with treating us without us noticing. sigh, we'd definitely have to get her dinner or something soon. so anyways in short, it was a really good night with everyone :)

Thank you Farez and his sweet mum (more affectionately known as princess haha) for the generosity in the tickets. It was a somewhat liberating experience, as I've missed being immersed in such surroundings, it was truly a great night. from the taste buds to the trippy audio visual accompaniment, I enjoyed it.

it's true, during the most trying periods in life, it brings out the best in people. from within, from the surroundings. everything is a cycle, but on this route, I just visited the less travelled. I always knew of it's existence, but I had always gotten lazy and stuck with the more familiar instead. now into the woods, a breathe of fresh air, a heartload of uncertainty, but definitely a new experience and a new found sense of comfort. will this be my next home?

we disappoint, we get disappointed. we impress, we get impressed. there are those, and there are the others. for those, I'm thankful. so very thankful.

you know how people say that it would always work out one way of another, and there are always two sides of a coin, I finally understood that. the few days that passed by, all the information were overwhelming, it's like a degenerated part of the brain got alive once again. there's just so much more to see these days, so much more to feel, and so much more love around noticed. last but definitely not least, I love my home more than ever and it's been something I haven't said in a while, and my previous famous lines have been tweaked. as much as it leaves me bewildered, there's a certain tinge of achievement and joy. I don't know how long this journey would be; the start has been shady and uncertain, but the little surprises make up for the adventure that excites me more and more each day.

What day is it already? Update on conditions here would be "alright weather", pretty cooling most of the time, but the downside of today was that there was no electricity till 10pm+. Which meant that there were no lights/ internet/ charging of phones or macbooks, none at all. So the day was just spent with myself and my roommate (tania), slothing and sleeping the day away. How productive! So here's just some random photos (from day 1 or so, yes this is so overdue. sue me.) About the more interesting stories and such, some may be pretty personal so I'd leave that for personal meetings to catch up on everything. Hope everyone's been doing fine.

At three gorges, there are just so many stunning shots, here's just a microscopic fraction of the whole bulk. It was really beautiful, regardless of how repetitive the scenery was.

Awesome wholesome watermelon juice for less than a dollar (S$). We basically live on this as vitamin/ fibre/ fruits blahblah.

Random shots around the school when it was still mad sunny and we had to bake in the crazy heat. But all these are history with the awesome drop in the temperature.

This is me being happy/ trying to be happy.

The muslim store that we'd frequent almost every other day because their food has been consistently good. From rice to soup noodles to dry noodles, with beef and potato, etc.

A very bad photo for the most awesome mall called Guanggu which is so massively huge and having neverending new discoveries everytimes we go there. (This sentence is so badly structured, but I just am too lazy to rectify it. HAHA)

Hi, Wuhan has been treating me relatively well. Not the tremendous best fairytale mornings everyday, but I'm surviving, and the shopping/ some food/ freedom has redeemed itself well. But the question of forsaking my best mates for this trip is still tugging my heart, the fact that this trip meant that I would be reshuffled out of my former class (which had the best people). Well, life goes on. Sad, but we'd figure something out. Oh, and results were disappointing. What's done has been done, move along. so now I'm hoping, and praying that it would not hinder me from anything. That's right. I miss home, family, friends.

There are so many nice photos, and here's just two really out of nowhere random favourites, so many more. I'm just so lazy to have them all uploaded. slowly, perhaps. first batch of photos are up online!

Ni Hao, I'd be residing in China for 6 weeks, from 31st Aug 2011 - 12 Oct 2011. Anything crucial, there's email/ fb (try your luck, depends if I can log onto school's npvpn connection), and I'd try to update this space with photos and such, the fact that I'd be a little more free with me not taking IS since I've completed all required IS for my 3 years. #swag, thank you Chiangmai!

perhaps as ching as it gets, I better not come home looking too symmetrically similar to xiaolongbao.. nyahahahahaha so anyhow, I really pray and hope that it'd be a great experience altogether, getting to know people better, experiencing different cultures to the maximum and just make it a worthwhile 6 week sacrifice. I'm missing out quite a fair bit in Singapore! so this has to be good. #veryhopeful

This month wasn't easy, but it is finally coming to an end. Had my last paper today, and oh the bittersweet liberation. Not the best paper I've attempted, but what's done, has been done. The journey has been, different, and fresh.

To Kez the Mehcat, you're perhaps one of the bestest study buddy ever, and I really do hope that we would continue for other sems/ etc. Any miracle to be in the same class as you, I would gladly do any projects that we're assigned with. This semester really allowed me to know you so much more, so much better, and it has been pleasant. So very pleasant. Thank you for making this semester so tolerable, be it healthy/ unhealthy rantings, and moment-of-heavenly-bliss with caramel milk tea. This is our friendship drink. To many more great times, cheers!

On another note, my room is in an utter mess. I mean, what's new right? But it's reallyyyyy bad. Like, really. I need to clear it up and start packing. Packing for what you might ask? Well, I'd be packing for this right here --

it's so tiring to build on so much negativity these days. and the sad thing would be these contributors are the ones whom I once thought that would help alleviate the situation. life just gets tougher, metaphorically linking it to the way the ladder works. it hurts, and it's disappointing on how screwed up situations can be, and you just wonder why, and where you went wrong. no one's perfect, I'm no where close. but why is it that the worse you become, the more commanding power you gain (not for the positives though)? I'm just sick of playing this game the world is forced into playing. when minds are just so centered and so full of self, and only self, and personal gains, and personal happiness. do we ever care about the wounded, do we ever care about others, do we care about.. friends? everything sickens me and the portrait of everything seems to lose its once vibrant colours, sipping into greyscale. tell me if this is like for real? am I really like a phase, a passing phase. memories mean nothing, our past means nothing. what we've been through means nothing, I've contributed nothing, you feel nothing, I am nothing? there's so many ways to approach the situation, but you chose, youuuuu chose, to just ignore the possibilities, but to just find the easiest way out, not pondering for the slightest moment, "she deserves more than that." the attitude sickens me, it makes me question your soul. is it true, that where we stand now, is on nothing? is this just a hollow block? I. Cannot. Do. This. it hurts too much. talking about hurt, I'm sure everyone is well aware how that feels.

And then it got me thinking about how screwed up this whole fucking CV system is. Because teachers won’t even be writing things that reflect bad about you. The whole purpose of a CV is to publicize students and obviously you don’t see advertisements reading “The best car to look after your comfort, but at the same time it releases harmful gases that cause lung cancer and air pollution, this car is also the fucking reason why global warming is happening and its irreversible consequences will fucking kill you and your kids, because this car is a brilliant example to illustrate the selfishness of the rich.” And that’s why retards like the one mentioned above still get to go places because they simply need to smack that ass a few times, lick those boots clean and pump up those grades to cover up for their lack of EQ.
But ah well, I’ll definitely save a congratulatory card for you, to send it out when you get sacked, or maybe when you go bankrupt from a lack of corporate partners since elites nowadays are also normally those who are rich enough to afford an enterprise after they get sacked.

I am full aware how dusty this space had become. What's new, the air we breathe, the friends we receive, the work that kills, the life we roll. I miss having the freedom to do nothing, without worrying. I long to hog quaint cafes with my best people to talk, to laugh, to enjoy. My life has been consumed, just like any other being around me.

1. Went for NDP Preview. Every since the once-in-a-lifetime stepping stone of being a Primary 5 school kid, I've never really bothered about NDP and never got close the whole parade. So this excited me at least a bit. & of course, it was the first time on the floating platform. The view's not bad really! The fun pack is......... disappointing. What's a fun pack without Milo, seriously? #iamdisappoint. Then again, fireworks and laser on the buildings were cool, cool enough to make me go "hey! look, wahhhhhhh.." and then die off.

2. Did radioshow alone because my co-hosts were busy. Made me realise how different things are without them. For weeks they have been complaining that we're reaching the last few shows together and the whole feeling of drag just settled in. I really like these people. Will definitely be booking a date with them. #must.

3. Scored a free meal from school, and met a table of really nice and engaging people via a school dinner. Was on the guest list to attend the farewell dinner of the stepping down of Ngee Ann Poly's Chairman. I enjoyed it thoroughly, laughing at the different between french cuisine menu and halal french cuisine menu, hearing the familiar voice of Ms O's during the video screening, and of course it did help when I realised that the dinner was catered by Vis-a-Vis, and packaged at $80 per head. Not bad. The duck was amazing.

After so many months of prep/ rehearsals/ sacrifices, it finally all winds down. it has been a great experience, getting to know so many people on a more personal basis, having fun talking, laughing, lying and huddling on the best white couch ever (hahahaha), making up stupid jokes all the time, it has been wonderful. The process wasn't the easiest esp. with school, but it has been eventful and fruitful. Thank you everyone who made this possible. #bucketlist, one crossed off.

On the side note the most horrific of draining weeks are finally winding down, in the sense that assignments have been passed up, and the rest are about 85% before completion, and it'd be my 2-weeks "break". then again, so much for the "break" when there are about 4-5 assignments at hand, not to mention FMSU day-camp, YEP CIP. I better make time for GSS and catching up with friends and js. it's been a long time, and my social life has been deprived, other than the interactions with my school mates IN school. Mass Comm really kills you, no shit. cool story bro. I feel you, finally. been just way too involved in so many things. #lessonslearnt, not to bury yourself and dig your own grave with a to-do list scribbled on your tombstone. my one and only written exam (media management) is over. relieved.. to a certain extent.

yes if you've been out of the loop, I've lost my hairginity to hair dye. yes, whut up it's me Jobama. a total complete shock to my new position in FMSA. I went for FMSA exco looking for position in Logistics, and upon knowing that I've almost hit my Gold target for my CCA records, all these CCA positions don't seem so important to me anymore. just when I thought my life would be mundane again, ...

I was elected as fmsa's president. So whut up to new responsibilities and new people to work with. I was a little apprehensive at first, in all honesty, but after figuring that I've got a great team behind me and a great partnership of people in FMSS, I'd say I'm pretty stoked for this whole management. then again with all the projects in year 2, God Bless Us All.

Assignments

this week has been hell. with 2-3 assignments due, presentations, tutorials. I haven't been the most patient or happiest person. everything just seemed to go wrong and I was getting pissed with so many people. I'm sorry if you guys hated me for that instance. but I'm sorry, my patience was wearing me out day by day. some people I'm sorry for thrashing out my anger on you, and some people, I'm not. I'm pissed, disappointed, feel short-changed and overworked.

was locked out of the house after a long day. (I found my key today btw! joy.) this was the day kezzie and I stayed up hardcore to do MRM and the next day was spent together on MRM again. great to work with her, so thankful to have her. it's just easier to work with someone who has the same goals as you, and is clear of what is required and works towards it conscientiously and competently. gotta' get out of this tiresome lerthargy orientated days. fatigue's been taking it's toll on me massively for unknown reasons. I have to to stop lying on the bed despite how shiok it is. how's your long weekends coming along? mine was mad-unfruitful. barren land. next week's going to be pretty hell hectic, with the rhw bootcamp from fri-sun. whut up, I'm in Year 2 right now. seems pretty surreal and somewhat as if holidays never happened. school seems like "back to normal life" with the new modules piling on as the days progresses. new friends (sorta) but still the same ole' pals. so happy to see everyone back in school after my long 14days of absence. the embraces the screams from afar, I've missed a whole lot of that and all of you.

everyone looks a little different. like a year older. I'm for real. it's like seeing time lapse happening right before my eyes. everyone looks so good, and so geared up for the new year in school. let's keep it up, keep the focus going. are you stoked? I am, for at least 1%. which is good.. excited to work with my 2 homiez kez and hammy. feeling very assured already, hope everything goes well. teachers have wet the palette for each of the modules. a little apprehensive and afraid, but I'd just go with the flow and be on track.

thailand has been amazing and the friendship fostered will always be remembered. feel so happy when I see the yep groupies in school, the little internal jokes, hugs and happy greetings, something in which I cannot express how euphoric I feel each time I see a familiar face. I'd never forget the whole thailand experience. photos from the trip may be uploaded at a later time due to the little project we all have going on based on the trip. but still, words cannot express how amazed and hooked on I am on the trip. one of the best trip ever, learnt so much. laughed way too much. met amazing people.

I'm in radioheatwave, after the very palpitating re-auditions. so happy that I'm with the team again. feeling stoked about the whole team taking over, hoping for the best! fml epitome-- matt called me during class time and I didn't pick up my phone, thus making me miss the chance of the year to meet justin bieber at his press conference. whined and abused the people around me after that for a few hours until I got home. so depressed and dejected. worst. day. ever. justin bieber's live concert in SG tonight, and I'm home. it's all these added emotions that makes me such a miserable person. need to dig myself out of this hole and await for another awesome gig/concert to get me all stoked again. (I have to forget this day!)

for people who are still sore about the hype about justin bieber saying bullshit like "oh it's a her/ him" seriously how many years have passed and justin bieber is already such a huge popstar it's just plain retarded for people to feign ignorance and pass really low level of intelligence kind of comments. it doesn't really piss me off cos' oh I'm so defensive or whatever you call it. but it's just stupid. plain stupid. gpa time, congratulations on the many people with a perfect gpa of 4.0, you guys have slogged it out. #timeforchange on my side, and I'd have to take year 2 by storm and just never lost sigh of my hope and dreams. quite a bit of thinking done today. irene ng is one of my new role models, and great motivation. amazing woman and very down to earth, all via a 2d interview via the hotseat, and I'm pretty stoked about her already. :) so many things that awaits in the future, time to get the engine of life warmed up for the journey. have to plan the pitstops and stations.

I've burnt 1 day in nothingness. went to school for half an hour for rhw's re-audition and the new team's pretty intimidating but it seems very promising and I'm already quite stoked about it. now I'm just praying that I do get in the interview. one of the people I look up to in my course is in the team and that's something to look forward to when I do get into the crew once again. I hope things start falling into place once again after this hectic month and the grieving following up (I anticipate). thailand's struck with a massive 6.9 earthquake, I'm unsure still if my chiangmai cip trip with the tcp programme will be affected. I pray that it doesn't. we've already gone this far. so, do I start packing?

not actually the most apt song, but I pretty much fell in love with it, quite a bit. and this is a really desperate attempt of me blogging, for my very happening days have ceased for the moment for the day as I rest at home and recuperate. "auntie's visit" if you get what I mean. life's been very pleasant, and my mind's so busy with my the current affairs of my life, my chiangmai trip which is about 10 or 11 days away hasn't bogged me much, or whatever else. need to tone down really soon and sort out my list of things to buy and also packing! and settling of other aspects that has been neglected. ah, thoughts.

went for my chiangmai trip vaccination jab with the gang. it all went way too fast I didn't have time to react, to scream or cry. I remembered only saying "wow you're good" to the nurse cos' she was so efficient. I don't even know if I got jabbed or poked. then again, I've been vivid dreams, which is perhaps some side effects thing? so I'm positive I've been vaccined. vaccined. is that even the right word? hahaha but anyway.

the month of march is moving like speed of light of hysteria which doesn't necessarily be bad, and I wouldn't label "good" as well. there's just been so many things, people, events, thoughts, happenings, it's quite a chore to keep track of everything. I sometimes can't even remember what just happened the previous night/day, or did things I remembered really did happen. this whole month has been like a chapter of my life in which I'd title, surrealism. once again I'm here typing in cryptic sentences, in which on I, and perhaps a few with added wisdom about my life would probably nod their head a little, with occasional tilts to one side thinking, did I miss out on something. have I confused everyone yet? I think I did.

so just an update on how my holidays has been rolling, it's been fab. good times with the people and tania. been travelling alot, feeling kinda tired because of the to and fro from one place or another, but it's just for this one month for amazing people. so far, so good. lovely, pleased, blessed.

with tania, who was just a blob of *inserts the world here* and the whole time was just buzzbuzzbuzz see this is a top secret mission. we are ninja agents of the airpor(k). so anyway, it was a pleasant day, got through it well. smiling.

paparazzi much. or putting it simply, tania being annoying. not forgetting the sudden bursts of "THERE! THERE!" which made my heart skip a beat each time and supposedly flustered. don't know how I get myself stuck in situations that makes my heart feels like it's in my throat, but I guess it all makes life more interesting, and damn, it is. a very dreamy day.

another heritage trip down to lil india with arin, in which our impeccable street skills amazed us. we were having one swell and lucky day. word. I was mad ass picky with food because indian food isn't exactly my favourite of all, but arin managed to make me settle to this awkward place to eat awkward food thanks to her -_- URGH kind of face. it was a very, very awkward homey meal. I just don't know how to explain this.

shared this one serving, it was really... funny. this was mutton.. or smthg, not too sure. with some dahl or smthg? arin pretty much enjoyed it. I just, I don't even know if I was happy or sad. rofl, but it was just so awkward.

what's a date out w/o photos? mind us. arin wore her topshop top today, very pretty, and we had pretty awesome buys. her hair band, my cheapo shoes and it was a really good outing!

and so photos below would pretty much summarize my day at home on a saturday, with alot of video watching company too. how I met your mother mostly. other american pie series are still loading, so anyways, I hope all your saturdays were shitty, so I don't feel too bad being alone, in my lonesome room. jk, I'm not THAT pathetic. I'm very cool.

pretty funk'd up colours I'd say. wanted to do a spongebob and patrick inspired pair of shoes, but then I figured I'm pretty much past the whole phase, so why bother. so anyway, I added a hipster triangle into my thoughtless mind and came up with this mambojumbo which rad colours and I guess it turned out pretty well, happy with it! hope the fresh colours would stay on for at least 1.5weeks before it gets all dirty. #hardwork

backstage, my haduken hardwork, which was surprisingly not as messy as I expected it to be. I did all this, with my mac just a fist away. I'm so daring. or you could just call it plain lazy. alright, scrap the latter. I think I'm having alot of internal conversation (intrapersonal, just to add in jargons to make myself feel good and smart and intelligent and great.. you get my drift) so anyway...

so here I am stuck at home after the prev. night of internal raving that I can get out of the house after one day of slothing. I guess things took a turn and edna's granny got into the hospital and she can't make it. understandable, #pray that she'd be fine.

exhausted the no. of people on my contact list but pretty much everyone are booked. making myself seem pathetic and friendless. but I'm not ok! or am I? wah, fed up. everyone's got prior booking, date, family outings, no money. fine fine fine, guess what? I just can't wait for lunch. and hopefully time will pass faster then. oh, and american pie is HILLLLLARIOUS.

this photo brought back sweet sweet memories of my all-time favourite movie since young. the movie in which I think was supposedly borrowed from my cousins who had just gotten married (then) about 15 years ago, and I never returned it, because I liked it so much (vague memories). it was in this HUGE disc (there's a name for this, I cannot think of what the name is at this moment), the movie was "that old". loved it, loving it till this day.

I can still remember some lines, alfafa says, "oh darla" or however you spell their names. I remember some scenes, where there was a fire and alfafa sits on the water hose and gets lifted up into mid air. cannot remember the storyline already. damn! oh and there was this dog and really cute kids who sang about "PICKLES" oh right, there was a car race too! in which the kids built, out of washing machines, etc. omg I'm making myself so happy and soothed.

anyone remembered this movie? we should totally, totally watch it again.

and this ends my thoughts at 10.50pm sharp.

but just to sum up my night, I found out about justin bieber in singapore on 19th april, with tickets from $98 to $200+, the prices are getting a little worrying. and for the earlier part of the day, it was the first officialy meeting for TGO. a time of fun, dancing, laughing, more laughing, games, more epic moments and laughter. quite psyched, despite the demanding commitment of days. for now, just thinking of my day plan for my friday.

been helping fsv crew with their filming and such. a very fun time with awesome people. from fogging smoke machine to mimicking a clubbing scene in my function room with a flashing torchlight and a palate of colour disco ball, it was pretty fun yet tiring for the whole crew. hang in there guys!

very cutie kids in the film whom made me so happy. dyan's sister is just the cutest, awwzies.

gotta update on my day today if I ever remember. summary: handed up assignment, free from school. went to vivo for youf charity movie screening ushering. it was fulfilling, had a good time watching fab fab fab movies. tomorrow going out with the gang.

this was before archie's birthday when a duo date of fizah and I exploded to including thila, tania, and the diva ira. all was good and it was a pretty productive time at starbucks (not forgetting the trip before we landed at starbucks finally, after thila and I circled town and wheelock. damn, 18 years of singapore citizenship, I'm ashamed. my bad.)

froggy's so deserving of every fraction and wholesome love he receives from everyone, everywhere. one of the sweetest kids (what a word) I know, and really a friend whom is just so full of love and so sincere in everything he does. happy 21st archie, I hope you really enjoyed the time with everyone and got a pleasant surprise from the whole gang. the night was followed up by a trip to uniqlo to laugh at nicol and evia, the cutest dynamic duo who are just so full of bullshit and I love them cos' they are just so cute. each of us went home with a $2.90 buy. yes, that summarizes up the night!

this was fizah and I after the shoot for deeshraf and gang at sentosa, scrambling for our speechcomm presentation. it was one crazy night but we pulled it through. fizah you're the best partner I could ever have this semester and I'm happy to go through all the shit with you, and I really enjoy every moment suffering your bullshit, you scolding me all the time (ironic really) and just all the times we burst into laughter for no apparent reasons (pssst!) and just your company. you're amazing :)

this sums up my very awesome handicraft for tania this valentine's day, sorry didn't go all out in making everyone I loved gifts/cards. hope everyone had a please 14th of feb even if you don't have your other party... yet.

double happiness! awesome choco/nut thingus. first up was a sweet gift from fizah's mum to thank us for helping out in cleaning up their new house. very awesome gesture although it was totally unnecessary,.. so sweet and thoughtful still :)

and the second one was from christian and his team, cos' I helped out in hosting for his tv prod. I wouldn't say I did a fab job cos' I messed up quite a bit at the end, but willie (the guest) really did a whole lot of saving asses and it was overall a good set. still feeling a bit sour that I didn't do a completely good flawless job, but it was definitely a good learning experience the fact that it was my very first time doing a live set. there's so much to learn and the lecturer really give quite a lot of good pointers. I'm thankful for the opportunity although it wasn't exactly the best experience with my nerves and mistake. the team was very welcoming and warm.. and forgiving. thank you! and of course, jessica you made things really much better.. and helen? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH joke.

just a random good day with the whole gang at our very trusty gelato stall, and they had this 1-for-1 sale and it got us all very happy and chirpy that day. right, I remembered. it was the day of TGO's callbacks for a time of raunchy dancing.

I'm in the musical TGO and although the commitment scares me and caused me a huge deal of thinking and weighing out situations, I finally replied with a yes. excited, but a little nervous about the whole production. then again, dyan and fizah and a whole lot of amazing and fun people will be there, I'm looking forward to it. :)

this was the day before the hellish writtcomm was not over, and fizah and I was at westcoast plaza (fizah still gives me the rolling of eyes when I said that I kinda liked the place!). pretty sweet place, alot of food cafes and shops! mmm. we were camping at tully's cafe in which I had this really awesome but pricey 10bucks sandwich set. I was really hungry that day. the night followed by a trip to mr damian's house for a cny gathering with the lil' secondary school gang. it was a good day, and good night. :)

fizah and I watching "the devil wears prada" which was a pretty awesome movie too! and it was a good time of chilling before heading to gelato(above) and the tgo callbacks. these days have been going well, but the days ahead are pretty packed? or am I just thinking too much. :/

I was on time to meet tania and we embarked on this very special occasion of 14 feb 2011 on a monday to hit down town, walk around the empty malls and feeling so invincible with no crowds to hustle with. had a really awesome lunch at hk xinwang cafe, the cafe in which I had been wanting to visit since 15 but never really gotten the chance to officially hit the cafe. lovely service by this sweet 60 year-old lady called elizabeth who was just such a darling wishing "happy new year to everyone", coming to our table countless times to ask if the food was good, if our drinks needed refills, or just to simply smile and say, "pretty girls". and of course the food was good, the company was good, and tania gave me this really awesome "heart-card" kinda thing with 2 sweets hidden inside in which I've just consumed. we started talking about the world and friends and the future.

ninjas, we are. snuck these 2 devilly crazy jizzsome good sauce into the movie. used the 1-for-1 offer given by myca by the m:idea. best deal ever. 5bucks++ for two cupB. we were really happy. plus the girl in-charge was really generous with the kitkats. damn, frolick you good stuff.

movie for the day,

which was really not just a chick flick cliche movie, but it pretty much cracked me up at quite a few parts. jennifer aniston is still as hot as ever, adam sandler's just this goofy asshole whom you can just not hate. beautiful storyline with a wonderful ending although it was pretty abrupt/ predictable, I thoroughly enjoyed it. if I were to step movie guru, I'd give it 3.9/5.

walk around, got annoyed by neub as always. sometimes this lady doesn't know what not-funny-anymore means and she kept thinking my cramps were attacking my brains when I was perfectly fine. sombaoaoaoaoa.. so anyway, there wasn't much to see/shop for and we finally settled at our usual settlement place called.. or as we know, "milk tea shop". and talked about marraige, divorce, people, love, everything. you have no idea.

you see that, that's my pal. and so the day was spent well. and I'm not miserable this valentine. I mean, come on. walking down the streets saying "calm your t**s yo" was already so entertaining, the day was pretty awesome I'd say. and I made my way home, but did a little pitstop before that.

a very good night, tomorrow will be a busy day, and so on, so forth.

this chinese new year (#1) is just overload with vivien and yarl's cutie baby zara. photos probably do her cuteness 60% justices, she's the cutest thing ever with the sweetest smile and kickass poopie abilities. this cny has been so fulfilling and happy for me cos' nyahahahaha omg she's just damn cute. gathering with cousin's at trader's hotel, perhaps a 60bucks buffet, but tanya blan-jared (is this how you spell it I don't think so lol) really awesome international buffet and a good time to see everyone after a year :) the night was pretty shortlived though, cos' there was school/work the next day!

Had an amazing time at gelato ice cream place with hammy and arin, it was a sessiong of girl talk and damn we did a good job about every aspect of everything fun to talk about and it was a hell good time. So happy to be able to talk about everything and it was just an amazing time, and yes judging eyes everywhere but love overrules all bullshits. But really, loved tonight. Can't wait for tomorrow, I'd be meeting the FMS FOC people, and I hope to land myself in a great group with great buddies around. (fingers crossed!) Followed by perhaps shopping and reunion dinner? Damn, it'd be a blast I hope. The week has been head shaker, let's hope for better days ahead. I'd leave you with 1 word. HORDOG! (media talk was erm, it was hordoggy)

the photo, the title hollered the hearts desire of you. the few days were tough, last night was dreary. but this is peaceful, it's like a turn around. will this make us stronger? will it?

on the side note, I know I haven't updated this space in a long while, it's just because school has been killing me softly. maybe not really school. but the people. working all the differences and opening up my eyes to a whole new level of stupidity that exists (mind me for being crude, but really). it was pretty draining and insane. I hope to get tomorrow's presentation over and that'd be another thing crossed off my list.
